My company is having a slowdown issue in Microsoft Outlook 2010, since a recent "Windows Update", end of June 2013 - July 2013.  We only have one version of Office/Outlook installed.  This is happening on multiple machines. 

I have tried recreating the Outlook data files.  What other options are there to try? 

I was going to try to rollback the last updated, if that's possible.

I've not heard there is any Windwos update cause Outlook slowdown issue in recent.

Please disable the security programs, especially the mail scanner module. And then run Outlook in safe mode to avoid the add-ins effects. ("Outlook.exe /safe")

Try to restore one of the problematic machine to an earlier point and check if the issue still persists.
